The Reason For The JesusBlog

This blog has been created to do MAGNIFY Jesus and help those who are seeking to know Jesus better understand the Bible.

A Bit About Me.

I gave my life to Christ as a child and haven’t looked back since.   Knowing Jesus is the best thing that has ever happened to me.  In fact, I can honestly say that I would not want to live a day on earth without Jesus, my best friend.  God has done a lot for me since I’ve given my heart to Him and I’m committed to do my best to please Him.

Thanks for visiting the site, I hope you get to know more about Jesus from your visit.

P.S. By way of disclaimer, the views on this blog do not necessarily represent those of any other group, or organisation with which I am affiliated, associated or a member of (e.g. church or other christian organisation and/or an employer).  This is my personal blog and the views expressed in the posts are my own.  The approval of comments by readers does also not necessarily mean I endorse their views or opinions and I accept no responsibility for their views.  However, I shall try to filter as best possible any views which do not reflect godly conduct.

praise the Lord and thank you. i had come across a site calling the UPCI a cult and I am a member. I could feel myself becoming very defensive and upset. The apostolic movement if you will is bigger than the upci or the pow or any of these orginizations. It is God, the Living Water.

keep an eye on those advts. they leave a chance for people to get into yoga, chakras etc. If you are pro-Jesus, you must filter such ads, or it defeats the very purpose of your blog. Overall, good work! Keep it up!

    JesusBlogger,

I like your style and typically only read like-minded blogs, such as “The Writing on the Wall.” You’re real and keep God exalted.

Not to mention, you have a witty way to bringing folk in. If you are interested, I would like to swap a link. Interested?

    Peace,
    HiScrivener

You need a nice prominent button right up top somewhere that say *HOME* so I can get back to that page that lists all the articles and such.

    Please and Thanks!

  19. Adnan / Apr 16 2010 1:38 am

    Dear sir,

First of all i want to introduce myself, My name is Adnan Aslam Sandhu i am the resident of Pakistan. I am christian and working in a bank, now a days i am studying in UK doing my MBA. I have got the 2 years visa and also 2 years holiday from the bank which is really blessing and miracle from our lord and redeemer Jesus Christ.

Sir, as i have already told you that i am on 2 years leave from the bank and after that i have to join the bank. So that i want to avail these 2 years means during my MBA i also want to be a witness and preacher of the apostolics means oneness of God (Jesus) so that when i go back to my home town in evening or by the grace of Lord Jesus i share the real testimonies . Sir i am also looking for a part time job here so that i can earn my bread and butter and also support my family.

Therefore, this is humbly requested that if there is some charges to get admission in your organisation then i am not in a position to pay.

    Thanking you in anticipation

    Your brother in Christ

Deuteronmy 24:1 “When a man takes a wife and marries her, if then she finds no favor in his eyes because he has found some indecency in her, and he writes her a certificate of divorce and puts it in her hand and sends her out of his house, and she departs out of his house, 2 and if she goes and becomes another man’s wife, 3 and the latter man hates her and writes her a certificate of divorce and puts it in her hand and sends her out of his house, or if the latter man dies, who took her to be his wife, 4 then her former husband, who sent her away, may not take her again to be his wife, after she has been defiled, for that is an abomination before the Lord. And you shall not bring sin upon the land that the Lord your God is giving you for an inheritance.

So does this mean with a “Certificate of Divorce” (a legal procedure)that God will allow one to remarry. Malachi chapter 2 talks about how men that are still married (with certificate)divorce their wives (divorce in that time period and in this particular scripture meant “separate” because there was not a legal certificate of divorce. Men would separate from their wife and go marry another woman, which caused the man to commit adultry and disregard the covenant made by God for his 1st wife. God hates this. He hates that the 2nd woman the men decided to marry were nonbelievers as well. God only recognizes the 1st marriage because the man was still married to the first by covenant and marriage certificate (legal certificate).

I have watched several of the Christian Channels and most if not all are after money. Peter Popoff is a typical example but there are others. Jimmy Swaggart talking rubbish, an Icelandic guy selling gold at twice its price aided by some Welshman with a toupe and Peter Lewis a snake oil salesman if ever I saw one. If I wanted to make money and had no morals I would become an evangelist, there money to be made and since more women follow religion than men opportunities for carnal knowledge.

Thanks for your informative blog. I believe in the baptism into the name of the Lord Jesus Christ but am not a theologically orthodox Oneness as I neither subscribe to the Trinity , Arian or Modalistic Monarchian theological theories. I’m writing a book on these subjects. This is a statement of faith we adhere to: God is one hypostasis(substance, individualized manifestation) in three prosopa(personal expressions and appearances). There is One God made known to us personally in three expressions of His divine essence, as the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. The distinctions of Father, Son and Holy Spirit are Real and Permanent. The Father is NOT the Son, the Son expresses the Father and makes Him known, therefore in the Son is the Fatherhood of God perfectly realised. The Father and the Son are distinct not in Godhead but in personal expression. The Father and the Holy Spirit are distinct not in Godhead but in personal expression and the Son is distinct from the Holy Spirit not in Godhead but in personal expression. The Father is God personally expressed as Creator and in the generation of and in relationship to the only Begotten Son.The Son is the same God personally manifest as our Redeemer, come in the flesh and born in the fullness of time by the virgin Mary. The Holy Spirit is the same God personally present in the Church as the Sanctifier. The Scriptures teach a strict Biblical monotheism(One God). God in transcendance is an Absolute Unity; God in personal expression and appearance is Father, Son and Holy Spirit. God is immutable(unchanging), infinite, eternal, omnipotent, omnipresent and omniscient. God in His eternal state before time and creation was alone, conscious of no other being sharing His Deity; He is the Self-Existing ONE.There are no other gods, beings or persons with or beside Him or sharing with Him the attributes of Deity; He is the Self-Sufficient ONE. The Logos of God is His Reason and was within Him as His thought, plan, internal discourse and deed. Within the Logos are the personal distinctions of Father, Son and Holy Spirit as ways in which He would make Himself known to creation personally; therefore the Father,Son and Holy Spirit are personal distinctions in the Logos and not in the essential nature of God. Tritheism is the dividing of the Godhead and is to be rejected. The Son is ONE Person with two natures, the human and the divine united without division in His one Being. The Son as the Logos in an incarnate existence had one human will in submission to the Divine will.In the Son is the Essence(hypostasis) of the ONE God fully expressed in bodily form. In the Father, Son and Holy Spirit is the ONE God uttering Himself forth in Three prosopa(personal expressions and appearances) each distinct from the other but having the same essence(hypostasis). To know God is to know the Father, Son and Holy Spirit for in the Three we meet the ONE GOD.
