I wrote a blog entitled: “Beware False Prophets: reaching for your wallet instead of reaching after Jesus” on 5 December 2007. It seems that the snake Paul Lewis has been caught out for the fake that he so clearly is. According to the Brooklyn Eagle newspaper, Paul Lewis, of the Messengers for Christ World Healing Centre, was arrested on charges of abusing a 15 year old girl in Negril Jamaica. He allegedly took the girls to the hotel at which he was staying in Negril, claiming it was late. About 2 a.m. on Sunday, he sexually assaulted the 15-year-old twice while the younger girl watched.
Persons who became suspicious of the pastor’s activities informed the police and the girls, after being questioned, admitted what had occurred. The reverend was arrested Sunday evening, just as he was about to take the pulpit in front of thousands of people, from all across the island, who had travelled to witness his preaching.
It is saddens me to have to write about this on the blog. However, the newspaper have incorrectly stated that Paul Lewis is a “pentecostal”. I will say here, Paul Lewis is far from being Pentecostal. He is a fake, a sham, a wolf in sheeps clothing. It irks me to see the name “pentecostal” so loosely banded about… everyone is a Pentecostal these days!
A true Pentecostal preacher would not offer to sell people “Anointed Prosperity Kit’s” retailing from just $24.95. I mean, which genuine ministry has an online shop front as its homepage?
Paul Lewis anointed man of God = FAIL!
Proof that we should not run to every meeting being put on, but we should test the spirit to see if it is of God or not.

Jamaican-born American international evangelist the Reverend Dr. Paul Lewis, pastor of The Messengers For Christ World Healing Center located in Brooklyn, New York was arrested in Jamaica on Sunday 20th June 2009 and is currently in Jamaican police custody charged with sexual attack on two children. He is remanded in custody until 7th July!
The pastor who is active at New Testament Church of God conventions in London was reported by the Jamaica Gleaner to have:

He is believe to have been doing in in London up to 8 yrs ago as my uncle rented an office in London some 8 yrs ago to Lewis and questioned his secretary about floating allegations that he was a peadophile which was vigorously denied! My uncle did not want anything to do with them as there were so many rumours about his alleged sexual activities.
Unaware that I was dealing with the same Lewis over one year ago I saw his programme on British TV where he was promoting his ‘Miracle Olive Oil Soap’ which he asked viewers to ring the programme if they need a free bar of these soaps. Out of curiousity I rang the show and left my contact details. I did not get a response for weeks I rang a second time after watching the show again. Few weeks later I got a response from Lewis where I was asked to send him “£50″ if I need the soap as God told him to tell me “nothing from nothing is nothing”. The tone of his letter was disturbing so I became convinced something was up with this guy. I immediately wrote to him telling him “God told me not to support his ministry”. I did not hear from him until several months later when he send me a letter telling me that I have been one of 100 people God selected to “received this special letter from him”. In order to unlock the blessings in the letter I was asked to send large sum of money. I returned his letter in the post without comments. So he is finally caught after years of abusing young girls!

you need to check the police department in brooklyn new york,2002 about a alegation of rape,but the people was scared because he toll the people that he was paul lewis and no one will belive,please check this was two of my daugthers.

You obviously know NOTHING about scriptures! Touch not the Lord’s annointed ALWAYS refered to “stretching forth your hand” and therefore physical violence and not verbal threaths. Are you trying to tell us that if someone done such a serious offense they should not be brought to justice? Why are you calling the accusers liars? Do you know them and why so many people, as far back as 8 years ago in London making these allegations against him? All peadophiles, preachers and non-preachers below in the electric chair and so are people like you who shield them! You are a very sick person and I strongly suggest you get some therapy before you yourself offend!

IT IS AMAZING how that demonized leaders always resort to the miss quoted verse ‘ touch not mine annointed’ we the saints of god are to be subject to each other .. and we are to be on guard against ministers with hidden sin. It is time for holiness in this the latter day church.

FOR THOSE WHO DOUBT THAT THIS MAN IS GUILTY: As a young girl (12 years old) I experienced first hand this man’s sick, twisted, and perverse ways. It is after I read this article that I realized that it was only by the grace of God that my fate wasn’t that of this young teen girl in the article. Although sexual intercourse did not take place I felt extremely violated (although at the time I didn’t know what I was feeling because I was so young)… he felt me up and was kissing me all over… all the while I did not know what to do . He tried to bribe me with promises of expensive clothes, shoes, and jewelry. I didn’t know how to handle it and was scared to tell my parents. They still don’t know to this day what took place. So parents, please, keep a close eye on your children EVEN AT CHURCH. it clearly isn’t the place it once was in the days of our grandparents. even the pastors cannot be trusted. I am telling you God saved me from years of anguish. .. the situation could have been a hundred times worse for me.

I`m not aware of him being a paedophile but i know he`s a con artist (jamaican terms).
I have doubts about this man from i was a child growing up in jamaica. He always have to raise the same amount of money on a nightly basis at his crusades. That means everynight he said he has to pay for the renting of chairs etc. I then ask myself what happened to the money he collects the night before.He normally goes soon after collecting the money. It`s time for jamaicans to open their eyes by now. Paul Lewis should be banned from having crusades in jamaica.
He onced told his body guards to throw a lady out when she started to shout in the crusade that he was a false prophet. This made me think of the kind of Godly person he is.

AM SHOCKED, to this news,its so new to me.i know this man some years back in Ghana when i was 15yrs old in 2000,he became my friend on my way back from school. cos he said he was a pastor but i never trusted him cos he told me i can visit him at his hotel and i said this man is fishy.i told ma auntie as soon as i got home.
He was walking with this man who didnt look Godly, but later on i saw him on TV preaching and i said to maself i wish they all know he wanted me to come to his hotel.
GOD saved me from this man, i would ve been a victim
I only pray other girls didnt fall victims to his evil deeds in GHANA,WEST AFRICA.

With most Christians, you can get away with anything, once you have the title of pastor, reverend or bishop, apostle, evangelist or prophet before your name. Ditto “Father” if you’re a RC priest. The title of Dr. makes you even more exalted and anointed. And when any of these men fall, as always happens, you always hear the sheep bleating “Touch not the Lord’s anointed”, as if they are above the law. This is why I don’t get angry at the fake pastors anymore. If so many people are stupid enough to believe the obvious crapola rascals like Lewis are feeding them, then they deserve to be lied to and robbed.
There are many teenaged girls (and a few mothers) stepping out of the woodwork who claim this Pastor Lewis has made advances to them or their daughters, but as usual, they did nothing about it, not wanting to shame the church. The bible says to them that offend children is that…go read it, it is something to do with a millstone, a neck, and casting into the sea. Trouble is, many of us don’t read the bible. We let charlatans like Paul Lewis read it for us and tell us anything they like.
But if he is found guilty I would be surprised. I am sure the girls’ parents have been given hush money to change their testimony in court. and those who are planning to witness for the prosecution had better watch their step. Corruption is very much in the church.
This pastor is banned from British television too, because he overstepped his boundary and claimed his miracle soap can heal cancer and HIVaids. That’s a no-no in the UK, because you would be stepping into the pharmaceutical territory.

Thank you for your comment. Well said! I believe slots for the christian channels would have been purchased in advanced. This explains why Paul Lewis is still featured in the listing, but different programmes are shown on his schedule time slot.
Yesterday I was told in person that Lewis also tried to ‘get it on’ with the younger sister of a very famous British singer too. I will not name the singer or those involved. I believe Lewis advances were rejected in this case.
I wonder what all these backward christians did when Lewis tried to take liberty with their under age children. How could people be so stupid in trying to sacrifice their children’s body, dignity and human rights for these so-called pastors! This is not godly, it is Balaam!!!
It is shocking to read the smears and verbal attacks on Lewis’ Jamaican victims on a certain website called Black Christian News by those backward Jamaicans. Traditionally, the Jamaican community tend to scorn victims of sexual abuse and rape. Black people I believe do not report incest and sex crimes out of shame, and out of misconceptions that they will bring shame to their families and the church. I have first hand knowledge of this too when someone, a distant cousin of mine was sexually abused by her uncle. The only witness was me and I was the one who told what I saw him did to her. The family, who were christians, never went to the police and I had to live with what I was a witness to for years. The victim went on the become a teenage mother and I believe she now has around 3 children. She never completes her education! I believe the abuse she experience has a lot to do with the way her life turned out.
I am also aware of a particular child abuse case, a repeated act of sodomy on a young boy by another boy, but the family who are members of the New Testament Church of God church decided not to act due to their association with the church and the homophobia in the Jamaican community. This boy suffered continued sex abuse as a result. I tried to tip off the Jamaican community when I heard, although I do not live in Jamaica. I sent several emails, but never received any response.
The elderly leadership within the Jamaican community is so backward in every sense of the word. According to the Jamaican Gleaner, it took a child advocacy groups in Jamaica to speak out to stop Lewis from taking part in a schedule conference in Jamaica despite the fact that this sleazebag had been charged with such a serious offense. The truth is, until recent laws in Jamaica it was understood that a lot of Jamaican men have sex with children. They have a saying that “as soon as they start to grow breast” they will have sex with them.
I know of young girls would have been raped in the Jamaican community, who were looked down on, scorned and laughed at simply for being raped. It is quite a very disturbing situation and the church is at fault. I can recall sitting in at a recent london New Testament Church of God’s bible studies where one of their members who happen to be a trainee nurse, commented that “if someone sexually abused a child and he repented and said he would not do it again she would not report him to the police”. I remember being so disturbed and even more disturbed at the fact that this woman is a trainee nurse! A lot of these people in these black churches are not the best people to watch over your children. They are in a state of profound backwardness, one which makes me very ashamed to be a black christian.
